Garage doors can come off of their tracks for numerous reasons, but in this case, it was due to one of the rollers breaking. It had become too worn over time and broke down. Once the door had been secured, we removed and replaced both the broken roller and a few others that also looked too worn. Our team then returned them to the track and closed it.
